ISO publication imminent

Dave is very generous and it was a group effort, but he deserves special thanks for having the vision and getting it started!

[EXTERNAL] Thanks Matija — this was truly a group effort from idea to execution. From Mark shepherding the spec first draft to final, to Shane helping coordinate the project, and David @ Microsoft doing heavy lifting on the ISO submission, it’s a case of a thousand players moving in one direction!

OpenChain is now listed in the ISO database as: ISO/IEC PRF 5230 https://www.iso.org/standard/81039.html
PRF means Proof of a new International Standard, and the next step is IS (International Standard). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Organization_for_Standardization
In other words, everything is done on their end, and hitting publish is all that remains.
