Hi Shane,

Good idea - we need to meet to discuss the business aspects of free
and open source development more often, and it is good to do it at a
European level.

I'm not sure if you are aware the BCS Open Source SG ran a couple of
one day conferences on the same general theme, but UK centric a few
years ago:

Different format, but similar objectives. After two years we felt we
had achieved what we could with dedicated meetings. Since then our
business centric activities have been integrated into our regular
events program.

Best wishes,

Jeremy

Thanks Shane,

Is there more info on this, it looks really interesting. Feels a
little raw and short notice since the event is only about six
weeks away.

Anyone on this list know more?

Cheers,

Jeremiah

Fantastic stuff Jeremy!

With the regular meetings do you have a schedule for open source related activities through the end of the year? I’d be happy to share it with our community.
